The staff were really courteous and friendly, which was very nice after an 18 hour drive. All rules were explained and I was in my room within minutes. The cleaning staff are just tremendous, truly wonderful and kind and attentive people.

We requested ground floor with parkinglot access and got it with no problem. Beds were very comfortable, desk people very helpful, courteous and professional.

I couldn't be happier with our stay. I requested a quiet room on the 1st floor for my sick mother. Not only did they accommodate that, they upgraded my room for free! Gave us a room in the back with a great view of the woods! I will always stay here from now on!!

We'd stayed there before and were very happy with the accommodations. We were less happy with them this time. There are two parallel buildings, and we stayed in the one that was part of the main building, the one with the reception desk and with ice. This time we stayed in the other one, on the far side of it. It was a safe area, very upscale area, but I didn't like being on the far side of a building rather than the main area. Next time I'll specify which building I want. But both rooms were clean, and the daytime staff was very nice. The nighttime lady was OK.

I was very pleased with the staff at the Red Roof Inn. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance and the housekeeping staff were all amazing. I have been on site for 15 days and I enjoyed myself. The location is convenient to the freeway, many stores and restaurants which are all within a 5 minute ride.
